Delivery Time
3–5 business days for major cities.
5–7 business days for other areas.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders above Rs. 2,500.
Flat Rs. 150 for orders below Rs. 2,500.
Coverage
We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan via trusted courier partners.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation or order placement (for Cash on Delivery). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation via SMS or email once your order has been accepted, and a dispatch notification with tracking details once it has been handed to our courier partner.

Business days are Monday to Saturday. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout and clearly shown before you complete your order. We do not add any hidden charges after purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier's website.
If you haven't received your tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team and we'll look into it immediately.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and product before opening it fully, and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
For lost parcels, please allow the full estimated delivery window to pass before reporting. Once confirmed lost by the courier, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

We currently only ship within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping FAQs
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 3–5 business days for major cities and 5–7 business days for remote or rural areas. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 2,500. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 150 is applied at checkout.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, but only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or phone at +92-311-8680065 and we will do our best to update your address before the order is shipped.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will typically attempt redelivery the next business day or leave a contact notice. You can also contact the courier directly using the tracking number to arrange a suitable time.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within Pakistan. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — please check back or follow us on social media for updates.
